Understanding the $15 hold
The $15 is only a hold — not your final price
Why $15?
Our unattended payment terminals place a temporary $15 pre-authorization hold to confirm your card is good before your wash. It is a standard bank hold — think of it like a placeholder, not a purchase.
Before you assume you were overcharged: you are only billed for the wash you actually used. The $15 hold drops off on its own.
Want to confirm your real charge?
