The $15 is only a hold — not your final price
Why $15?
Our unattended payment terminals place a temporary $15 pre-authorization hold to confirm your card is good before your wash. It is a standard bank hold — think of it like a placeholder, not a purchase.
Before you assume you were overcharged: you are only billed for the wash you actually used. The $15 hold drops off on its own.
Want to confirm your real charge?
The actual wash prices are posted on the sign at the wash. To see exactly what you paid, pull up a digital receipt. Receipts may not be available until approximately two hours after purchase. Still have a question about a charge? We're a quick text away.
